For Florida Lottery players, the fun isn't stopping anytime soon. A powerhouse partnership that has fueled scratch-off excitement for decades is sticking around, ensuring even more thrilling games and big wins ahead.

The Florida Lottery and Scientific Games have announced they're extending their successful collaboration, a move that keeps the Sunshine State among the top-performing instant game lotteries in the world. But what does this mean for players, and how has this partnership helped shape the lottery landscape over the years?

Contract renewal

The 168极速赛车官方入口:Florida Lottery and Scientific Games announced they will be continuing their partnership for three additional years. This partnership has helped make the Florida Lottery one of the top five-performing instant game lotteries in the world.

With this extension, the lottery will continue the Scientific Games Enhanced Partnership program, which helps drive sales performance and increase profits. Those profits are used to help fund education for Florida's public schools, colleges, and universities, along with the state's Bright Futures Scholarship Program.

What can lottery players expect moving forward after this renewal?

With this contract renewal, the Scientific Games Enhanced Partnership program will continue to provide the state lottery with a variety of products and services, which include real-time analytics and insights, portfolio management and game planning, licensed brand services, advanced logistics, retail optimization, and second chance programs.

This means players can expect new scratch-off games and second-chance programs. While working with the Florida Lottery, Scientific Games has provided the state with many licensed property-themed games, which include Monopoly and Loteria brands. These happen to be very popular with Florida players and are a staple in the portfolio.

Scientific Games offers products that represent 70% of the scratch-off game retail sales in the world. They are the largest lottery game creator, producer, and service provider in the world. Because of that, players in Florida can expect more and more improvements and new games in the coming years.

How long have Florida Lottery and Scientific Games been working together?

While the contract extension is for an additional three years, this partnership has been in place for years. Scientific Games has served as the exclusive or primary supplier of scratch-off tickets for the state since the lottery debuted in 1988.

In 1997, the lottery expanded to a full partnership with the company and joined the Scientific Games Enhanced Partnership program. During this 37-year partnership, scratch-off sales for the Florida Lottery have grown from $584 million to over $6 billion annually.

All about maximizing those revenues

The Florida Lottery is all about providing money to help public education in the state. To do that, they need to maximize revenues from their lottery games, which this partnership does.

John F. Davis, Florida Lottery Secretary, said:

Our mission is to maximize revenues for the enhancement of public education in Florida, which have totaled more than $48 billion thus far. Since 1997, we've helped send more than one million Florida students to college on a Bright Futures Scholarship. By extending our scratch-off games partnership with Scientific Games, we will continue to put our students' dreams of higher education within reach.

John Schulz, President of Americas and Global Instant Products for Scientific Games, backed that sentiment, stating:

The Florida Lottery's partnership and collaboration with Scientific Games has resulted in Scratch-Off performance that is consistently among the best in the world. We're very proud that our work together has continually improved instant game profits to benefit education in Florida.

Enjoy playing the Florida Lottery, and please remember to play responsibly.
